I typically cook meals in my blue jeans… My food is relaxed and I rarely measure things with much more than my eyes, sense of taste, and sometimes the palm of my hand. Most of my recipes are approximations of measurements (except baking of course) and I try to avoid being pretentious. Cooking is an art form that should be about feeling good and taste, not about how fancy you can get. I try to focus on quality not quantity. Food is a pleasure and should be about getting the most pleasure for your calories. I don’t always worry about presenting the most healthful recipes.
